All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Standard Shipping:
- Price: $9.99 CAD ($7.20 USD equivalent)
- Delivery Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment.
US Cross-border Shipping (United States)
Express International:
- Price: $12.00 USD
- Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days once shipped.
Standard International:
- Price: $10.00 USD
- Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days once shipped.
Additional Information
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.
Delayed or Missing Shipments: Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nurhaircare.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter.
Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes: All international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, tariffs, and taxes. These will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damages: Nūr Hair Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
